A real life workshop for teens who are figuring out themselves
What It Means to Be Me
No Pressure.
No one has to share personal information.
No scare tactics.
No talking at teens.
Not a lecture.
Real Conversation.
A thoughtful space to think about identity, stress, choices, and life.
What this is
So much of being a teenager happens fast.
Pressure. Expectations. Identity. Relationships. Stress. Decisions.
Sometimes coping looks different than people expect.
This workshop creates space for teens to:
reflect without judgment
understand themselves more deeply
explore identity and choices in a real and honest way
feel less alone in what they’re navigating
Some people come ready to talk.
Some people come mostly to listen.
Both are completely okay.
Most teens don’t get many spaces to actually pause and think.
Who is this for
This workshop might be for teens who…
Think a lot (even if they don’t say it out loud)
Feel overwhelmed sometimes
Are trying to figure themselves out
Are curious about why they make the choices they do
Want a space that feels real, not performative
You do not have to identify as struggling to come.
Curiosity is enough.
